A day in the life of a Manager of Support and Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed in Massachusetts for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers starting from the hiring process and extending throughout their time with Tribute.
This Will Be Done By
This person is not required to have experience in home care. This role would be a great fit for someone experienced in education, hospitality, retail or restaurant management that is looking to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.

This Will Be Done By
- Supporting an unparalleled employment experience through providing compassionate day-to-day support, coaching and development
- Evaluating and celebrating successes
- Assisting with the interview and hiring process for new Caregiver Associates
- Establishing consistent communication and developing strong, trusting relationships with caregivers
- Coordinating and participating in new-hire orientation and ongoing caregiver trainings
