- Prepares and presents reports to senior leaders, executive management team and global headquarters
- As designated, may represent Nintendo as an official corporate spokesperson in an on-camera or in-person capacity; successful completion of training required
- Prepares quarterly trend reports summarizing key changes in the content creation space, highlighting any adjustments or recommendations to our approach
- Manages external partners and agencies involved in executing short- and long-term initiatives
- Prepares short- and long-term goals for managed projects, defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results
- Partners with and provides ongoing updates to Communications team leadership to ensure that Influencer Marketing initiatives are aligned with overall team objectives and priorities
- Supports the Communications team’s work in influencer marketing, identifying appropriate opportunities for the content creator community to engage with Nintendo products in a way that drives affinity with defined target audiences
- Maintains tight communications with other sales and marketing teams within Nintendo to ensure that new and ongoing projects are well understood and that cross-team opportunities are realized
- Works in collaboration with counterparts on the Social Media Marketing team, as well as the Social Insights & Ops team
- Communicates on an ongoing basis with global headquarters and subsidiaries for program execution, strategy, and to share best practices
- Proactively prepares and distributes reports on the latest influencer marketing opportunities, succinctly and clearly summarizing key viewpoints for a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Backs up Communications team members as needed
- Manages individual influencer projects, ensuring a strong and engaging content pipeline, tracking progress against defined key performance indicators, building and implementing promotional plans, and identifying opportunities for the future
- Day to day oversight of Nintendo’s Influencer Marketing programs, preparing and deploying strategies with content creators to bring Nintendo products and initiatives to life, while managing and executing tactics with the help of other team members
- May oversees direct reports on the Influencer Marketing team
- Experience managing budgets
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience creating still and video assets preferred
- Minimum of six years related experience in communications, public relations, influencer marketing or social media
- Experience managing direct reports required
- Knowledge of best practices within digital marketing, influencer relations, and online video
