Location: Remote work from home, may occasionally have to report to a corporate office as needed.

The Manager I, Aspire Virtual Back Office is responsible for providing supervision and leadership to the administrative and non-physician clinical staff. Performs the responsibilities of a medical assistant on a limited basis (20% or less of their time).

How will you make an impact:

  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels and morale.
  • Analyzes daily office operations and utilization of resources.
  • Interacts with all levels of management to facilitate virtual office operations to meet company objectives.
  • Performs responsibilities of a medical assistant.
  • Ensures office processes are efficient and support the care center and field practice and enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  • Conducts monthly staff meetings.
  • Implements and monitors operational/office policy and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years experience in a physician office including working knowledge of managed care and Fee-For-Service reimbursement requirements ; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Medical Assistant Certification as required by the business operations.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • LPN or LVN preferred.
