Responsibilities


What you'll do...
  • Interface with skill teams and business units across Ford to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Actively contribute to the negotiation of transaction terms and legal documentation
  • Lead due diligence efforts with target executive team, outside advisors, and internal subject matter experts
  • Proactively identify potential acquisition and investment opportunities
  • Perform detailed financial analyses; create comprehensive pro-forma financial models, valuation analyses and synergy models in support of potential transactions
  • Create investment memorandums and related presentations for review by the Ford senior management team, including C-Level executives as well as Ford’s Board of Directors


Qualifications


You'll have...


  • 2+ years of experience exhibiting exceptional financial analytical skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services and/or Corporate M&A activities
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in working on cross-functional and multi-department enterprise-wide projects
  • The successful candidate is organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work, and effective as a problem solver
  • Experience in a multi-national corporate setting
  • Industry background is open with a preference for exposure to multiple companies and business models
