What You Will Do
The Manager in Brand Supply Management (BSM) is in charge of Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the CPD signature. This important role connects Sales/Marketing and operation team to ensure successful product launches, facilitate constraint inventory with cross functional team, lead tradeoffs discussion with Sales and Marketing team to maximize group sales target while not create excess inventory in this V.U.C.A (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment. Research and develop packaging components.
  • Oversee launch inventory position for US market and translate US market strategy to operation needs that impacts global operation supply chain direction
  • Manage phase out strategy with Global Supply Chain and Sales team to ensure no service disruptions and minimal supply chain cost
  • Spearhead monthly E&O production avoidance review with Finance controller and category sales team to align C sku strategy
  • Lead monthly Supply KPI scorecard and hot topics with Demand Planning, Marketing, Sales and Business planning team
  • Scenario planning with GBSC during plant/line capacity and influence on priorities between product/brand/division based on risk assessment
  • Establish correct inventory parameter and safety stock strategy at national and satellite DC level. Monitor and communicates supply constraints at an aggregated level
  • Establish and implement continuous improvement tools and process across US planning organization
  • Weekly/Monthly DRP cycle to connect the latest supply signal to the factory caused by TikTok viral trend, Amazon and various retailer strategies. In addition, BSM manages import supply confirmation from other zones and weekly reservation from Global Supply Chain
  • Key business partner in S&OP meeting that leads service risk & opportunity discussion which empowers the Brand GM to sign off monthly financials and inventory safety stock strategy
  • Leading Operations (Deployment, Assembly, GBSC, IM) and Business Planning (sales) during allocation period on weekly availability, sku/account priorities and base vs assembly priorities
  • Accountable for end-to-end product life cycle
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
