Job Description

The Manager, Acquisition Marketing role is part of Cole Haan’s Acquisition Marketing team reporting into the Senior Director. In this role, you will develop and manage paid search, shopping and affiliate channels, develop strategies to drive qualified traffic, new customers, revenue and topline performance goals. You will use your understanding of incrementality and a customer's total path to conversion to make analytical decisions that generate significant impact to the growth of the overall business. The ideal candidate is a team player that is customer-obsessed and solution-oriented, with a passion for data analysis.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Oversee the day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, affiliate, and drive-to-store campaigns.
  • Partner with the Senior Director on the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly budget forecasting and pacing reporting for all paid search, shopping and affiliate spend.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc reporting to identify insights and drive channel optimization, as well as share those insights with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Implement, test and optimize performance tactics, including audience, creatives, bidding strategy, across multiple acquisition campaigns to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular testing for paid search, shopping and affiliate and create a strategic roadmap to ensure both short-term and long term success of the channels.
  • Lead end-to-end campaigns in conjunction with our internal and agency partners, from defining objectives to execution, tracking, optimizing and reporting.
  • Track and submit monthly invoices for paid search, shopping and affiliate partners with finance.
  • Accountable for effectively driving full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, shopping and affiliate channels, to achieve acquisition, traffic, revenue and efficiency goals.
  • Translate the seasonal corporate and product strategy into briefs to guide the execution across paid search, shopping and affiliate with external and internal partners from a high-level down to the sku/sku margin level
  • Prioritize team member skill plans and development in conjunction with leadership.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing, analytics, development and brand design creative teams to fully understand and maximize the consumer’s journey with Cole Haan.
  • Identify, explore and rank new acquisition focused marketing opportunities in accordance with the testing plan established by the Senior Director, Acquisition Marketing.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and set up the right KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Google Analytics (or similar analytics program) and Tableau
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate performance, learnings, and ideas within the organization
  • Proven success managing paid search and shopping programs optimized based on CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS cost models with Google
  • Experience with attribution models; MTA or MMM
  • Minimum of 4 years previous experience of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or related area

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $115,000 to $130,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
