Maintenance Worker-Part Time 21 Hours Per Week

Our Facilities Department seeks a part time Maintenance Worker.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

ADA REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for a prolonged period of time.

Ability to push/pull and move/lift heavy equipment/supplies.

Ability to reach, stoop, bend, kneel and crouch.

Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalency diploma (preferably in vocational or trade studies) and three years full time maintenance experience. Technical qualifications in building systems operations and maintenance trades acquired as a result of at least one year of post high school technical schooling or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program preferred. Requires knowledge of power/hand tools and equipment, materials and work methods used in building and maintenance trades. HVAC experience required. , FSD, Sprinkler, Air Compressor, Certificate of Fitness preferred.
