Donaldson is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment community located in Silver Spring, MD. (The Warwick Apartments). Ideal candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair. Experience in the multi-family housing industry strongly preferred. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, 20% discount on housing and more.
