Job Description
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company?


We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property, Marina Village Apartments located in Sparks, NV! The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!


  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • Prefer HVAC certified!
