Maintenance Supervisor - Crestmark Apartments

Fogelman is interviewing experienced Maintenance Supervisors with proven leadership skills for Crestmark Apartments. This 334-unit community is located in the Lithia Springs area of West Atlanta. The ideal candidate possesses 5 years as a working supervisor and 8 years of maintenance experience, is CPO and EPA certified, possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the overall maintenance needs for the property.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong, proven knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock & appliance repair
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & possess strong communication skills
• Provide own tools
• Minimum 5 years of proven supervisory experience with 8 years of maintenance
• Heat Pump experience
• Experienced inspecting grounds, building & other community features, manage the turnkey operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
• Excellent with customer service skills, prioritizing work and delegation to team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to take after hours and on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
• CPO and EPA Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
• Experienced as a supervisor managing a team of 3
• Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo
