ICER Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Service Manager for our property located in Morrow, GA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance/Service Manager

Do you have your HVAC EPA and are CPO Certified? Do you know how to use YARDI? Do you know how to manage and motivate a staff?

Experience:

• YARDI: 1 year (Required)
• Multifamily Maintenance: 5 years (Required)
• Elevator: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervising Experience: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Qualifications
