Maintenance Engineering Technician - Converting (Fq-Tissue)

We are seeking Converting Mechanical Engineering Technicians for our First Quality Tissue plant. This position will be located in Anderson, SC. Converting Mechanical Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical components and systems for production and associated utility equipment to insure highest reliability, proper line performance, and safe operation. Using advanced training, skills, and experience, provides training for other Maintenance Technicians, coordinates PM programs, manage upgrades, manage improvement ideas, and modifications to machinery, must work closely with other team members to complete assigned work. Candidate must have strong communication skills, candidate must show ownership at all times, candidate must be willing to attend advanced training when necessary, they must also accept the possibility of being on-call and available to travel if called upon to do so. This job requires strong leadership skills.
