Maintenance Assistant Jobs

The Maintenance Assistant performs general maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc

• Performs preventative maintenance and part repairs according to schedule.
• Installs new equipment and repairs and/or replaces defective equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Performs and assists with general maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Adheres to safety and health regulations.
• Cleans, services, oils and/or adjusts equipment.

Work Experience

Work Experience

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, within stated deadlines.
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
• At least one (1) year of related work experience required.
• Knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmith, energy and other maintenance skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required
