Qualifications of Maintenance Assistant:Requires knowledge of building maintenance to include minor electrical repairPluming and routine preventative care of heating and air conditioning systemsRequires the ability to receive verbal and written directionRequires the ability to be available for “on-call” emergency repairsMust have valid Driver’s LicenseEEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
