Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate (2nd Shift)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Multi-Channel Print-Mail organization provides print and mail production, transactional documentation and print on demand services to Conduent clients in the health, retail, public, manufacturing, finance and other sectors.

The Quality Assurance Associate (Print-Mail, Lynnfield, MA) will report to the business Quality Compliance and Audit Manager and will be responsible for activities involving Quality Assurance (QA).

You must be a flexible-multitasker individual who is detailed, well organized and be dedicated to the Conduent philosophy of EVERY CLIENT, EVERY TIME

You must be a very strong communicator and demonstrate and ability to motivate and influence co-workers and other staff to maintain and deliver results that always satisfies the client's and business needs.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintains Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.
• Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization.
• Provides critical information for audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
• Monitors all aspects of required Corporate directed training to ensure completion target dates are met and meets targets for all other duties as assigned
• Maintains all required documentation to meet the required security compliance standards and to meet audit control standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Forms, spreadsheets, data analytics.
• Performs and documents required monthly user reviews for associate's access, both data and physical and additional security requirements to meet control objectives.
• Works closely with Operations.

Requirements:

• Must possess excellent communications skills (i.e., interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation)
• Experience of working with teams in a collaborative environment
• Experience of working in a high-volume digital print mail facility
• Minimum of a high school diploma (or GED) is required, but advanced degree is desired.
