Receive all incoming mail/packages and sort accordingly. Process all orders with a purchase order worksheet. Fill in for front desk receptionist during lunch, breaks, and vacations. Escort corporate vendors.

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Mail Clerk for its Antioch, TN Corporate Building with the Corporate Office Services team.

Summary: Receive all incoming mail/packages and sort accordingly. Process all orders with a purchase order worksheet. Fill in for front desk receptionist during lunch, breaks, and vacations. Escort corporate vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sort mail and deliver to all departments (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Fill in for front desk receptionist when necessary.
  • Process outgoing USPS mail
  • Maintain inventory for all first aid kits.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies.
  • Escort corporate vendors.
  • Maintain log of IT equipment received.

Reasoning Ability:

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
