We are looking for full-time Machine Operators to join an industry-leading international manufacturer that produces quality residential and commercial roofing products at their Hillsboro, TX plant. These permanent, direct-hire positions offer a competitive starting wage of $21.10 / hour to start, with raises provided frequently based on job performance and a great benefits package.

Position Overview
As a Production Operator you'll report to the Production Supervisor and you'll operate and run the production line. This includes operating machinery, ensuring that raw materials are fed properly through the manufacturing process, resolving line stoppages, clearing equipment jams, verifying finished products against quality specifications, and ensuring that products are properly prepared for shipment, as well as operating a forklift.

What You Will Be Doing

• Inspect raw material and finished products to ensure quality
• Operate a counterbalance, propane-powered forklift
• Help out on the production line, including operating manufacturing equipment, feeding material, and clearing blockes
• General housekeeping duties and additional duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Table

• Ability to lift up to 75lb repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time
• A flexibile schedule with the ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Forklift experience is an asset
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

SHIFT DETAILS:

• Depending on operational demands, the schedule may change to a rotational shift of 2 weeks on a day shift and 2 weeks on a night shift, so they're looking for candidates who are able to be flexibile
• Overtime may be required on weekends, usually Saturdays
• Monday - Friday, working either straight days or nights (6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM)
