M&A Analyst Jobs

We are currently seeking a talented M&A Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our M&A activities by conducting extensive research, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights. This is a remote freelance position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, investment memos, and presentations for potential M&A opportunities.
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to support investment decision-making.
• Collect and evaluate financial data, including company valuations, financial statements, and market performance.
• Analyze industry reports, competitor analysis, and market data to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on M&A industry trends, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the M&A landscape and provide timely insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
• Participate in team discussions and meetings to contribute to the overall M&A strategy.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of M&A concepts, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and M&A databases.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from diverse sources.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to M&A transactions is a plus.
• Proven experience in M&A analysis, investment banking, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
