Job Description


As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will be representing and selling our luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products. You will develop market relationships primarily within the showroom, builder, architect & design community to grow and exceed sales targets for House of Rohl products in your specific market/territory.


The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing products, sales, or interior design and be able to travel overnight approximately 2-4 days each month.


This remote position is based in Orange County, CAWe will provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone and the salary range is anywhere from a base of $65-90K with a large bonus opportunity based on your territory performance.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community, including Architects, Designers, Builders and the Hospitality Industry within the assigned territory.
  • Make recommendations for business development (as required) to grow market share and position.
  • Ensures our brands are represented to standard in customer showrooms.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for territory issue resolution needs as they arise. Employ a sense of urgency to satisfactorily resolve issues based on best practices, direction of teammates in Customer Service, Technical, Sales Management, Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Prospect for new business development with non-authorized kitchen and bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers, designers and other relevant potential customers for House of Rohl products.
  • Develop business relationships with existing Authorized showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership. Preserve and improve these relationships to meet and exceed annual sales budgets, training goals, and display enhancements.
  • Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales budget targets and other annual goals.
  • Perform all sales responsibilities and related functions on behalf of the House of Rohl or other assigned product lines as deemed necessary within the assigned territory at the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.


Qualifications


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to utilize required tools to install displays as needed.
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
  • Must possess a valid driver s license and current insurance.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
  • Must be flexible to work non-standard hours and maximize business opportunities as they arise.
  • Bachelor s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


Additional Information


Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 - $88,000


Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
