LPN Charge Nurse / Overnight Supervisor Assisted Living

The Virginian, an LCS managed community is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with experience working with senior population within Memory Care, Health Center, Assisted Living, Ideal candidate will be responsible for directing the care provided to our residents in accordance with professional standards of practice. Supervising experience a must.

We offer competitive salary and extensive benefit package:

Hourly compensation: $31.00 - $37.50

Candidate must be a good communicator, high organizational skills, knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, and exceptional time management skills.

Qualifications: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Experience/knowledge in LTC/MC/ AL/ HCC; current clinical knowledge and experience with the senior population. Ability to collaborate and motivate other healthcare providers; strong/effective problem-solving skills. Display enthusiasm, leadership ability and tact. Strong computer skills, proficient with Electronic Health Record.
