13 Week Temp Assignment - Lpn - Skilled Nursing

Overview

This is a 13 week temp assignment that requires 40 hours a week. It

pays a flat rate of $45 per hour.

Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Clinically sophisticated, yet intimate and comfortable, The Gardens at Warwick Forest was one of the first centers in the area to provide Medicare skilled services. Located in Newport News, the 209-bed facility provides Nursing Long-Term Skilled Care, Memory Support, and Rehabilitation Care. Accommodations throughout the Center include tastefully furnished private and semi-private rooms, courtyards, lounges, dining areas, and a beauty shop. The Gardens is on the same beautiful campus as our Warwick Forest retirement community and offers a very safe and close-knit feel.
