Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to forecast inventory levels and adjust procedures accordingly
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Plan transportation routes and schedules, prioritizing timely delivery of goods
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure we get the best pricing
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of logistics coordinators and other employees
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other service providers
• Ensure all logistical operations run smoothly, maximizing efficiency and profits
• Manage the distribution process for all incoming and outgoing inventory

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have excellent organizational skills an extreme attention to detail
• Experience with Fleet Management a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC logistics or a related field
