Job Summary And Qualifications


  • Conducts training sessions as appropriate and becomes involved in committees which support the hospital’s program.
  • Responsible for maintaining the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance program under the direction of the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance Officer.
  • Maintains a proactive approach to the hospital’s E&C program making suggestions for improvement of processes and/or training.
  • Conducts regular reviews and audits of hospital processes and practices to ensure compliance with overall program.


Education/Experience Required


What qualifications you will need:


  • High School education and ten plus years of healthcare experience.
  • A minimum of five years Ethics and Compliance related experience preferred.


Licensure/Certification Required


  • Nursing or other clinical license preferred.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Must have clear knowledge of E&C program and policies.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have some knowledge or have the ability to obtain compliance information for regulatory agencies as it relates to the E&C program.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
