Litigation Attorney

Are you a litigation attorney with a minimum of three years litigation/trial experience who wants a diversified practice including employment, fair housing and complex business and personal injury litigation? At Saber Law Group, you will have the opportunity to work both with our experienced litigation and trial attorneys, and to manage your own clients and cases in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Help us build out and strengthen our existing practice in employment litigation and complex business litigation. We defend multi-party and single plaintiff actions in state and federal court against claims involving:

• Complex personal injury cases involving wrongful death
• Whistleblower retaliation/Wrongful termination
• Defamation
• Intellectual property
• Consumer claims
• Business torts
• Professional negligence
• Unfair competition
• Labor Code violations
• Founder and shareholder disputes
• Corporate dissolutions
• Breach of contract
• Invasion of privacy
• Trade secret misappropriation
• Discrimination/Harassment
• Corporate and securities fraud

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary from $145,000 and $225,000 and the possibility of earning productivity and merit-based bonuses as well as bonuses for business development.
