Summary: The Licensing Representative - Special Events is responsible for handling order processing for all PGA Tour events from order entry to customer delivery. Collaborate with internal departments, sales reps, customers, and agency partners relative to FJ Licensing requirements. Provide excellent service and quality product, while staying within brand guidelines of our partner schools/teams/Tour


Responsibilities:


  • Provide backup support to Licensing Coordinator when needed
  • Manage the NBC Barter program by keeping track of all orders, piece counts, and accurate application of marketed logos.
  • Communicate regularly with Director of Sales & Management Groups on licensed order requirements for the PGA Tour, PGA of America and USGA.
  • Oversee TPC Network accounts ensuring PO's and product labels are properly written and applied
  • Work cross functionally with production team, providing clear order instructions, obtaining/creating necessary product and box labels, and requesting follow up to stay on track for strict order deadlines.
  • Process and follow all orders associated with PGA Tour events to ensure accurate order fulfillment and meet tour event dates
  • Act as a first line of contact for Account Representatives and Sales Representatives for questions regarding licensing program and guidelines
  • Ensure that accurate artwork and logo specific detail is applied to all orders as well as appropriate royalty fees, terms and discounts


Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work on tight timelines and complete tasks on deadlines
  • AS or BS degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience with an embroidered and/or Embossed product preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required along with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of licensed logos/royalty requirements and experience working with licensing agencies is preferred.
  • E xperience with Excel and MicroSoft Word, AGS, and Artworks
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
