Job Description
We are searching for friendly and professional individuals to join our team as a Remote Special Events Coordinator. Clients will be looking for you to make sure their special event is planned and organized thoroughly. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations along with recommending details to make their trip and special event more memorable.


Requirements:


  • Self motivated and excellent time management skills
  • Costumer service, hospitality, or tourism experience
  • USA and Mexico residents preferred
  • Computer or smart phone required
  • Must be 18+


Responsibilities:


  • Stay up to date with tourism trends by attending trainings
  • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
  • Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Arrange all details for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and more special events
  • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Provide proper documentation to the clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, and entertainment tickets
  • Book reservations for hotel accommodations, flights, rental cars, cruises, and other details for their special event
