Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn), Urology, Medical Group

Position Highlights:

• Required Travel: Travel required between other sites
• Location: 2180 Pfingsten Rd, Glenview IL.
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30AM-5:00PM
• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Urology, Medical Group

What you will need:

• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
• License: Current LPN licensure in the State of Illinois
• Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Previous experience in a physician practice setting or hospital setting is preferred
• Skills: N/A

What you will do:

• Document in the medical record per office protocol
• Greets patients and places patient in exam room
• Triage patient phone calls with follow-up to patients, pharmacies, triage medically urgent patients within the office, under the direction of the RN of the physician
• Takes initial data and vital signs with special attention to the neonatal and pediatric patients for physician
• Obtain completed diagnostic data for physicians and follow-up with patients as directed
