Entry level base pay is $30/hr commission for therapists with less than 6 years experience, $35/hr with 6 to 11 years experience, and $40/hr with 12 or more years experience. $5/hr raises can be earned every quarter with goal achievements up to $70/hr plus tips. Therapists also earn between 40%-70% commission bonuses on add on services depending on pay level. (Not required. Contract therapists can choose what services they offer. AMC just offers options for therapists to supplement their income or to learn new services.)

Entry level therapists scheduled 25 hours/week can earn around $600-$800 weekly plus tips and sales bonuses. Earn 1-2% sales bonus quarterly when individual goals are met. That’s a minimum of $2400-$3200/mo + tips and bonuses! (Goal achievements are not required, but give therapists something to work towards and potentially earn extra profit.)

We provide all supplies and have a steady clientele to keep therapists pre-booked. We offer guaranteed cancellation/no show fees at 50% the service cost and offer employee/family discounts at 50% menu price.

We also offer hourly commission bonuses of $10-$14/hr, depending on pay level, to therapists who fill in for other therapists who call out.

Therapists choose hours they wish to accept appointments. A set schedule can be created or an "on the fly" schedule can be done where a therapist can add hours on single days on the fly.

Contractors must obtain a Vagaro Pro account for scheduling and payment processing at $25/mo. You will be collecting/processing your own payments from clients using a Vagaro merchant account. Therapists will be able to advertise/market to AMCs entire client list and the entire Vagaro network of customers using the vagaro pro platform.

Office rent is paid weekly on Fridays. A 5 hour block of hours is $50/wk. Additional hours are $10. 10 hour block of hours is $90/wk. Additional hours will be charged at $9/hr. A 15 hour block of hours $120/wk. Additional hours are $8/hr. A 20 hour block is $140/wk. Additional hours will be charged at $7/hr. A 25 hour block of hours is $150/wk. Additional hours are $6/hr. A 30 hour block of hours is $200/wk. Additional hours are $5/hr. A 35 hour block of hours is $240/wk. Additional hours are $4/hr. A 40 hour block of hours is $270/wk. Additional hours are $3/hr. Hours do not roll over to the following week. Rent will be deducted from the therapists earned commission, or via a bank transfer if needed on Friday.

Therapists can realistically expect to pay a minimum of $225/mo in operational costs but can potentially profit a lot more depending on the amount of massages performed.

Contracted therapists have the choice of accepting AMC clients at the rates listed above or they can simply just rent our beautiful offices to treat their own clients at rates of their choice and simply just pay hourly office rent.
