Legal Case Manager-Remote Jobs

FULLY REMOTE opportunity working with a highly accredited HOA Management team, they are seeking an experienced Legal Case Manager with 3-5 years of Bankruptcy experience, desk can be demanding and heavy.

They need someone who has worked on schedules and statements, solicitations, noticing and understands Rule 2002, along with other important bankruptcy rules .

Case Manager responsibilities include

• Chapter 11 filing preparation, including preparation of first day workbooks/service plans and mailing matrix

• Schedules and Statements

• Solicitations

• Document review

TOP THREE THINGS:

(1) 3 - 5 years Bankruptcy experience

(2) 3-5+ years a banking case manager / Chapter 11 filing prep

(3) Can manage 10 cases max during training period from inception to close, claims reconciliation, document management, distribution analysis, communicating with clients

This is a Temp to Hire position, conversion to a permanent employee will be based on performance. Salary will be negotiated at the time of possible offer/transition to permanent.

Temp Salary Range: up to $41/hr, DOE

Hours: 9AM – 6PM, M-F (OT as needed)
