Salary
Salary: $3,500.00 per course
Hours per Week
Hours: 10 - 15 hours per week, non-benefits eligible, Fixed-Term-Track (FTT) Faculty position.

In cover letter, please describe your previous teaching experience, including courses you have taught, courses you are interested in teaching, previous student evaluation results, and the names and contacts of two references.

Essential Functions

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate and/or doctoral courses in the Department of Educational Psychology.
• We are specifically looking for someone to teach 3-hour semester credit courses on philosophical underpinnings, concepts & principles, and ethics. Candidates may be asked to teach other courses in the Behavior analysis program.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Educational Psychology, Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Applicants must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching/applied experience with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
• Doctorate from a Behavior Analysis program approved by the BACB or accredited by ABAI
• Possess or be eligible for Texas Licensure (licensed Behavior Analyst).
• Teaching experience at the graduate and undergraduate level that includes behavior analytic courses and/or supervision of students in practicum or applied settings.
• Experience in the practical application of applied behavior analysis.

Working Conditions
This position could be located on campus or remote pending class arrangement:

• On Campus: Primary work location will be on campus (and could teach at main campus or at downtown campus).
• Remote: Works exclusively from a remote location in Texas, teaching courses solely online (synchronous)
