About the Role

The Learning Services Trainer I will provide training services to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Having the ability to work with client , company trainings and meetings
  • Having Process Attorney Settlements
  • Having knowledge of Process and Complete eFax, and Process IQA Appeals.
  • Having experience Process Attorney Settlements
  • Having Update Recon Log, Incoming Phone calls, Return Voicemails, Process SIS Bills, and Research/Rescan
  • Having experience in high-profile appeals

Requirements

  • Able to monitor training program’s effectiveness, success, Return On Investment, and report on them
  • Able to have detail and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to develop and execute learning strategies to address the departmental or organizational development needs.
  • Be able to Identify that training needs are aligned with business' objectives.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Be able to build and maintain positive client relationships with senior managers and end users
  • Able to develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
