Health Fitness Professional (Part-Time)

Your Impact
The Health Fitness Professional position coordinates, implements, and/or delivers health and fitness programs and services, promotions, and outreach activities, and teaches a minimum of 2 exercise classes a week. You are responsible for providing outstanding service to members and program participants to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

• Schedule: shifts take place between 6am-7pm Monday-Friday

What You’ll Bring With You

• Associate’s Degree in a related field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.) and/or 2+ years’ fitness and wellness industry experience, along with fitness industry certification(s) from a HealthFitness approved provider..
• Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, NCCPT, ACSM or NETA required within 30 days of hire.
• Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider required within 90 days of hire.
• Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
