Responsibilities
Program Planning and Development
  • Leading and planning signature events and programs, you will contribute to the development and management of learning programs and initiatives for relevant audiences by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, and communicating with senior stakeholders. Collaborating with others, you will support and prioritize short-term planning efforts, and long-term learner-centric solutions. You will successfully manage end-to-end experiences, including financial planning and forecasting. Your work will align to the larger learning and skilling capabilities of the organization for the most impact.
Skilling Delivery
  • You will independently deliver several single or multi-day skilling offerings or other learning experiences either in person or virtually to the target audience. Leveraging multiple modes (e.g., presentations, discussions, labs, simulations) and embracing digitally enhanced instructor-led capabilities to effectively deliver technology-based learning experiences. Engaging with learners, you will ensure content and concepts are being understood and are aligned with learner goals (e.g., internal and external learner partnership).
Program Execution
  • By implementing core learning programs across the organization, you will execute tactically on multiple learning components of the learner journey. You will map the necessary points of engagement with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve content and programs.
Program Success Analysis and Metrics
  • Using data analyses, you will define capability gaps for the business, improve benchmarking, and execute learning priorities through learner-centric methodology. Independently evaluates and analyzes effectiveness of programs, evaluating learning survey analyses, including program metrics (e.g., user satisfaction, participation in the deliverable), return on investment (ROI), and behavior change. Shares key performance indicators (KPIs) with relevant stakeholders. Leverages a solid understanding of the competition and landscape to improve company offerings.
Stakeholder/Customer Collaboration
  • Consume accountability for clearly communicating project status. You will also collaborate with team members to enhance customer and content experiences, meeting content delivery expectations by contributing to timely delivery.
  • You will develop relationships with key stakeholders/partners across audiences to represent learning-related needs. Leveraging working knowledge of local/regional perspectives and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives, you will communicate learning and development approaches to leaders and stakeholders to educate them on learning solutions.
  • You will learn and understand the current state of content experiences in your area of expertise. Stay updated on industry and competitive trends, adjusting content strategy as needed and sharing best practices within teams.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years' experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
  • OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
  • OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
  • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 6+ years' experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
  • OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
