Leadership and Development, Sr. Associate


-Hybrid

-Full time, Permanent


Join our Education Programs client as a Sr. Associate for Leadership and Development!


In this role:


  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between various stakeholders involved in the training process.
  • You will utilize your expertise in teacher training or adult learning to ensure successful implementation of induction training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership & Development Department and lead residential and/or induction training sessions for school staff.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services Leadership & Development to coordinate the content of induction training and scheduled professional development modules.


Background required:


  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, project management, and people management skills.
  • Desirable to have two or more years of teaching experience, with prior exposure to teacher training as a bonus.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-suite.
  • Willingness to travel across territories based on business requirements.
