Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.


Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Will be training and expected to assist with all office services support as needed by the Epiq leadership and our client.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
  • Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
  • Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
  • Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
  • Order and stock supplies as needed
  • Assist with client event planning, supply and catering order management
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Occasional need, with advance notice, for overtime based on client needs.
  • Work Schedule: 8:00a-5:00p; Mon-Fri.
  • Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be flexible with work schedule and open to learning new service procedures.
  • Previous experience in a client service field preferred


The Compensation range for this role is 18.07 to $28.05 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
