Responsibilities

  • Managing risks, issues, and dependency management across the program lifecycle; and,
  • Focusing on quality and delivery, not solely process and updates.
  • Planning, organizing, allocating resources, budgeting, tracking, and executing the project/program plan;
  • Supporting Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to enable successful delivery of product to the practice;
  • Overseeing administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, compiling status reports, building reports and dashboards, updating program documentation, taking notes, and onboarding/offboarding resources;


Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member in the following areas:


  • Leveraging technical acumen to support various technical projects; ability to think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information that may not be familiar;
  • Demonstrating ability to actively listen and ask appropriate questions.
  • Demonstrating clear written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrating meticulous organizational skills to be able to input ideas and opportunities into established standardized reporting and processes; and,
