- Lead knowledge management projects, including scoping, planning, executing and closing out projects, and ensuring project timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capture critical knowledge and expertise, including best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property.
- Develop and deliver training and communication programs to promote a knowledge sharing culture and improve employee awareness, understanding, and adoption of knowledge management practices and tools.
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on knowledge management issues, opportunities and challenges.
- Design, develop and maintain knowledge management systems, tools and platforms to support the collection, storage, sharing, and dissemination of knowledge across the organization.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in knowledge management and organizational development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in knowledge management, information science, technical writing, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience implementing knowledge management systems, tools and platforms.
