Overview:

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for assisting kitchen staff to properly prepare food, maintain sanitary conditions and supervise all kitchen staff in completing daily tasks. Responsibilities:
The Kitchen Supervisor's typical job functions include:
  • Supervising the proper preparation of food and prep items
  • Enforcing and participating in all cleaning policies
  • Assisting kitchen staff in preparing food
  • Assist Executive Chef with assigned tasks
  • Coaching team members when necessary to achieve department goals
Qualifications:
This position may for you if:
  • You have previous management experience
  • You are interested in working on a team
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are available to work nights, weekends and holidays
