Deliver project setup and functional support for IFS Cloud. Control IFS admin functions, detail IFS Cloud user provisioning, setup project accounting modules. Setup the IFS Cloud customer, project management, and site modules based on project requirements. Review and diagnose current IFS Cloud setup of the supply chain modules, master schedule, customer orders, B2B, purchase orders, and receiving module for optimal project fit. Standup the Demand Planning module and server. Setup, customize, and automate the IFS Cloud lobbies to fit project requirements. Review and diagnose the current IFS Cloud proof of concept. Follow IT procedures for system configuration and system testing. Ensure all applications changes follow the IT change management process. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Analyze complex business problems and offer solutions to the customer. Performing requirements analysis, define objectives and scope of work. Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Develop reports for internal and external customers, write /perform routine SQL queries for data extraction. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

• Experience in IFS implementation for multiple industries.
• Solid understanding of database relationships.
• A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
• Experience in IFS versions 9, 10, and Cloud.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in data extraction and analysis, well versed in SQL query creation and review.

Well versed in Microsoft Power BI reporting or comparable.
