Karen Medical Interpreter/Translator

Perform on-site interpretation between Limited English Proficiency (LEP) patients and healthcare providers Provide accurate and timely documentation of the work performed Description: Interpreter will be working as an Independent Contractor This is an on-call independent contract, which means that an interpreter/translator is called when the service is needed Interpreters have a flexible work schedule and it is possible to take or pass the job assignment.

Qualifications: Fluency in oral and written English and a target language(s)

Knowledge of medical terminology

Understanding of the key aspects of culture

Candidates must have valid California Driver's License, cell phone, and computer access.

Must have or willing to obtain current tuberculosis test and clearance, and background check.
