Job Summary:
- Uphold the professional integrity of Siemens at all times
- Understanding the value of the project
- Follow the Siemens procurement processes
- Identify and minimize non-conformance costs in the project
- Manage stakeholder expectations with the Program Manager
- Enforce project change management process
- Support project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling
- Adhere to all Siemens Health and Safety policies
- Work with Sales and Program Manager to review and agree to a meeting structure with the customer
- Execute project communication protocols including periodic reporting
- Identify additional opportunities out of the ongoing project and submit those to the Program Manager- Undertake any business administration in line with job activity
- Regularly review the performance and provide periodic realistic project revenue forecast
- Adhere to, and promote all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role
- Support the organizational culture, values, and reputation if company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory/official bodies.
- Upholds and enforces Siemens compliance guidelines at all times
- Assist the Program Manager to set up the project team
- Support contract acceptance and final project handover to the customer
- Undertake any other duties required by the company.
- Ensure the team members have the materials and equipment to complete the task
- Working with the Program Manager and Project Controller to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for the project
- Manage and resolve issues with the necessary internal and external partners
- Ensure that all communication channels within the business are adhered to.
- Record expenses in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide input, where appropriate to team meetings.
- Align the project schedule with contract requirements
- Deliver the project within the approved budget and at the agreed margin
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure on time delivery
- Review the contract requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives
- Two (2) years of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Experience or knowledge of the construction and engineering processes for development, design and/or execution of projects.
- Ability to effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and government executives.
- Minimum three (3) years of Project -level coordination or administration experience or equivalent
- Knowledge and ability to deliver goals effectively and drive the project to success with a sense for urgency.
- Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies and procedures.
- United States Citizen
- Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within construction projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and the ability to travel to appropriate work location, as required by the project
- Working knowledge of the administrative functions of the I&ES ESPC business including project setup, contract structure, progress reporting, revenue recognition and billing.
- Ability to obtain and meet Business goals and results
- Knowledge of Change Management.
- Willingness and the availability to work the core hours required by the specific project and per company policy.
- Ability to promote complex solutions and drive acceptance with confidence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and proven track record of managing multiple Subcontractors and project management.
