ROLA Marketing is a local sales firm headquartered in San Diego. We are currently seeking entrepreneurial-minded leaders to join our Entry Level Marketing team to assist our clients with local market exposure and research in a retail setting. We are looking to hire immediately for this on-site role. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and their customers. With recent demand from our clients, we are looking to fully cross train the right individual for a managerial role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales assistance and generate leads
• Provide brand promotion and awareness for our clients
• Open communication with clients and customers in a retail setting
• Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales leads
• Attendance to company meetings, in person and virtually
• Being knowledgeable on all client products and services
