- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and special projects.
- Assist with research, data collection, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, handling inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and representing the executives professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Participate in meetings and take detailed minutes, distributing them to relevant parties.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
