Junior Creative Strategist Jobs

We are looking for an innovative, data-driven Junior Creative Strategist to join our Advertising Team in Austin! In this role, you will be responsible for managing ad creatives for our clients, from production to reporting. You will work closely with our machine learning product and internal teams to optimize campaign performance and come up with new ideas, bridging the gap between design and data to produce scalable advertising assets.

Essential Functions:

• Work with new and existing clients to generate advertising creatives that support client business goals
• Utilize AI product and work cross-functionally with internal teams to produce and optimize creatives
• Assist in all other areas of copywriting and creation of deliverables
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for campaign best practices
• Provide regular updates/reporting to Advertising Team on creatives performance, optimizations, and tests
• Perform continuous A/B testing to analyze and evaluate performance metrics of creatives

Requirements

• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Strong statistical acumen and ability to analyze data
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the affiliate marketing field is a plus
• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM software a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with Canva required, Adobe Photoshop a plus
• 0-3 years of experience developing digital campaigns, ad content, and copy
• A time management & organizational guru who has the drive to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Solutions-oriented self starter with a positive, can-do attitude
