Job Description

Job Title: Content Strategist Advanced (>6 years)

Location: Plano, TX and Chicago IL Hybrid Remote

Expected Duration: 6 Month with possible extension

Core Responsibilities:

  • Measure – Identify how to measure success
  • Design – Recommend best method to address needs: classroom, eLearning, or hybrid
  • Build – Learning activities to enhance performance and/or retention
  • Conduct needs analysis - Evaluate project request, consult with internal clients to identify needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience identifying root cause, performance gaps, and recommending non-training solutions
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing instructional design solutions


Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) framework
  • Knowledge of learning tools: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, vyond
  • Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, education technology, or similar degree
