Buttrick Projects Architecture+Design is currently seeking a Junior Architect/Designer with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This position is full time with a competitive salary and benefits package. See below for a full list of qualifications and how to apply.

Based in Oakland, BPA+D is an award-winning practice creating high end residential buildings, interiors and hardscapes crafted to the specific vision of each client and project site. We seek creative and motivated individuals who are eager to participate in the design process at all levels from schematic design through construction. Interested applicants will assist with client presentations, project development and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Proficiency in MacOS, Vectorworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Office 365.

•Thoughtful, capable graphic, verbal and writing skills—including capability with a digital pencil.

•Strong design sense and organizational skills.

•Ability to research and implement findings.

•Eagerness to take responsibility for given tasks, and ability to deliver completed work in a timely way.

•Ability to work with others and grow professionally.

•Education: imminent receipt of, or possession of a BArch or MArch professional degree.
