We have recently expanded with a new client and are looking for a Junior Account Manager to help support the sales and management team. Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support
• Work independently and with a team
• Maintain up-to-date on product knowledge and training
• Review customer transaction records
• Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
• Generate new sales
• Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
• Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
• Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
• Strong computer literacy
• Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
