- Hybrid Schedules: 3 days in our beautiful office in Denver, CO and 2 days WFH
- Manage full onboarding and new hire process for your candidates
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders at all levels of the organization, hiring managers to fully understand business needs and objectives to develop candidate profiles that match overall requirements and success factors for short and long-term talent needs of the business
- Manage full life-cycle high volume sales recruitment and talent acquisition process including, but not limited to active sourcing on LinkedIn, conducting phone screens, in-depth interviews, candidate assessments, coordinating the interview process with hiring managers, conducting interview feedback sessions, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, while creating a positive candidate experience
- Drive and further develop recruiting strategies that include, but are not limited to: short and long-term talent needs, an insightful understanding and analysis of the relevant labor market, innovative sourcing and recruiting tactics, and an array of recruiting channels that include referrals, conferences, college relationships, etc. to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience; sales experience preferred
- A propensity to form strong working relationships with leadership, managers, colleagues, and candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented, and follow-through is your specialty
- An ambitious self-starter – you love the feeling of crossing items off your task list
- A confident professional who has experience recruiting high volume in a dynamic work environment
