Essential Duites/Responsibilities :
This position will function as a System Administrator for the Jira Application. The administrator will serve as an expert resource to support, maintain, identify best practices, and implement changes/configurations to Jira, Confluence and plugins to better support changes aimed at increasing efficiencies and optimize use of the toolset. Selected candidate will advise and effectively guide the construction, deployment, performance, and ongoing use of the Jira Application within IDOH.
Individual selected must have exceptional technology abilities, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done and have the capacity to learn and support a wide range of business functionality. The candidate must also be articulate, passionate about helping users, and be an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
