Application Administrator Jobs

They are looking for a full-time Applications Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support for their Point of Sale system and other restaurant applications they offer. The role involves offering both on-site and remote support to ensure timely issue resolution.

Things you will be doing in this role:

• Execute daily operational tasks essential for maintaining the restaurant systems and their integrations
• In addition to providing support, you will have the opportunity to take ownership on various projects including the setup of new locations and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, including upgrades and configurations
• Attend to user requests, identify & solve problems, and configure their POS systems

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as an application support specialist, including configuring and administering applications
• Write & modify simple SQL scripts
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic Networking protocols
• Experience supporting Cloud-based POS systems
• Strong customer service support
